Foundation for International Youth Ethics Charity and Development (FIYECAD) is born out of concern to make a difference in the lives of those society hungry and the continues to ignore. These we mean, the poor, the uneducated, the low-self esteemed, the brokenhearted, the sick, the unfortunate. The Foundation goes out to meaningfully transform lives through its programmes spiritually, ethically, economically, socially and otherwise as the need may be. We cannot achieve these without your help. FIYECAD understands that developed worlds and better societies have been where they are because of individuals’ and organizational support and contributions. That is why the Foundation depends on you to realize its objectives towards mankind. Your contribution and/or donation in cash or kind will go to either to establishing a business for the beneficiary after our training or scholarship in education/training. We can only go far to help how far you have walked with us in this mission.


Vision

We envisage a society built on ethical and moral values, love and accountable leadership by ensuring that the underprivileged and privileged youths are trained and endowed with different skills; paying more attention to the needs of the very poor and disadvantaged youths by providing quality education,training, advice, coaching, entrepreneurship, research, charity and preaching the gospel of God to them.


Mission

To overcome poverty, corruption, underdevelopment, societal division, moral decadence, ethical lapses, illiteracy, decency and lack of skills amongst global youths through diverse training, charitable works, research, coaching, mentoring and advising the present youths for a better society tomorrow.We are committed and willing to cooperate with researchers, preachers, experts, organizations and states for realizable better future for the society. We feel for the youth that is abandoned intentionality or unintentionally by the system. We liaise and collaborate with donors to raise the esteem, transform and journey the youths into an admirable future.

Meet our team

Ernest Toh

Ernest Muchu Toh is founding director of the Foundation for International Youth Ethics Charity and Development (FIYECAD), South Africa, with Cape Town as the headquarter, since 2012. He holds a Master Degree in Law from the Stellenbosch University in South Africa, a Master Degree in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) from the Cape Peninsular University of Technology in South Africa, Honours degree in Political Studies (International Relations) at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa, a Maitrise in Law and Bachelor of Law from the Dschang University in Cameroon. He is a part time lecturer in economics, law and business at Damelin College, Cape Town. He is also a preacher, gospel singer with an album; sworn translator/interpreter from French to English at the High Court of South Africa. In addition, Ernest is a researcher, supervisor who have researched with companies and supervised many students. As business consultant and law expert, he provides business knowledge on investment and doing business on the African continent. Ernest has ben the constitutional chair/head for the Cameroon Association for the Western Cape Province (CAASWECA) since 2016, till date. He championed the establishment of the constitution and return to peace between Cameroonians in the Western Cape when they could fight against each other influenced by the Cameroon conflict.

Hans Awuru Anyikame

Mr. Hans Awuru Anyikame, is a businessman, and a committed philanthropist, and Program Coordinator with the Foundation of International Youths, Ethic, Charity and Development (FIYECAD) He holds a Master of Philosophy Degree in on conflict Transformation and Dispute Resolutions from the University of the Western Cape South Africa. (Dissertation - The effects of small arms on children in conflict regions). A diploma in project Management from the Cape Peninsula university Cape Town South Africa and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management from the University of Yaoundé Cameroon.

Phathiswa Letitia Makaluza

Phathiswa Letitia Makaluza is the community administrator for FIYECAD. She holds a matric certificate and certificates in Business Administration, Storekeeping and Stock Control and Supply Chain. She joined the FIYECAD upon completion of FIYECAD – Damelin Community Skills Development Program for Youths. She was one of the beneficiaries of 2017 who obtained certificates free of charge. She saw the good works FIEYCAD was doing in the community with her as an example and decided to volunteer and thereafter have been working with FIYECAD. She graduated there, and the element of helping others has been with her she saw an opportunity of taking out other youth who has no idea of how to get out from the life of difficulty. She saw FIYECAD as the organisation that would make the change to the privileged youths. With the skills obtained from FIYECAD, she is a telemarketer and business administrator with Old Mutual. She has also worked in different capacity as business administrated and team manager where companies saw tremendous growth.

INDEM FEKAMETOI

Indem Fekametoi after obtaining her FSLC, GCE Ordinary and Advanced Level certificates, she studied at the University of Buea Cameroon, here she obtained a B.A degree in Linguistics. She is a teacher of English Language and Literature in English. She also serves as sexuality educator to youths. In addition, she has been working tirelessly in the community of Douala where the majority of the internally displaced persons notably the youths are residing due to the Anglophone conflict of 2016. As a community leader and a champion for the development of humanity, she was appointed as the FIYECAD Regional Manager for the Central African Region (Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Chad, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Central African Republic) with a headquarters in Doula- Cameroon in 2020. She is also trained as a sexuality educator by the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon (PCC) and gender empowerment by GEED organisation.

DR. OLIVER ABAH MUA

Dr. Oliver Abah Mua, is an inspirational leader, trainer, motivator who has spent quality public transformative and active years in South-East Asia and the Asia-Pacific region in serving the public. Dr. Oliver has a strong academic background in International Law and has been working as Legal Counsel and Advisor for many prestigious institutions, not least of which is holding the position of Legal Consultant at the United Nations Economic Commission for Asia and the Pacific while being active working in the same capacity at the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Vanuatu in Bangkok. He has additional experience working as a Legal Advisor for various banking and finance institutions, while also being active in humanitarian work for charity foundations and organizations. He got doctorate degree (honorary) from the International University of Morality-Florida-USA in Bangkok, Thailand; Bachelor of Law with specialization in English Private Law at the University of Soa, Yaoundé, Cameroon. With his strong connections to the massive market of Africa as well as extensive experience in the Asia-Pacific Region, Dr. Oliver is the Director of International Affairs & Corporation for FIYECAD since January 2017. Since, he has added immeasurable value in the transformation of the organisation internationally.

DR. TSAKPORNUKWESI NELSON

Dr. Tsakpornu Kwesi Nelson holds a researched Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership, a Master’s degree in Education both from University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield in United Kingdom, a Master of Arts degree in Ministry from Trinity Theological Seminary, Legon in Accra, Ghana. And currently Minister-on-Trial at Methodist Church Ghana. Dr. Tsakpornu was the former Vice President, Academics for Golden Sunbeam International University, Former Principal of Potters College of Health in Takoradi, all in Ghana and an Educational consultant. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Nellyz-B Company Ltd, Accra, Ghana. He was appointed the Deputy Director for Human Resource, Innovative Learning and Strategic Development for FIYECAD - Afro- Asia Centre for Human Resources and Development, SERD, AIT, Thailand in January 2023, whose office is based in Ghana.

DR. THAMMANIT VARAPORN

Dr. Thamanit Varaporn, is a well-rounded expert with many years of experience in Political Science, Human Resource and organizational Development, Training and Management. He is a language expert with French English and Thai as main languages. Dr. Thamanit Varaporn has worked with different organisations in different portfolios. He was the Adviser to House of Representative commission for political development an Adviser to different projects in various Public and Private Universities and Independent Consultant for Project development in between 2002 to 2003 in Thailand. In the same year, he lectured and conducted research for Graduate School of Public Administration Burapha University. In addition, to the above, Dr. Thamanit Varaporn occupied the following positions: Founding Program Director, Master of Public Administration Mahasarakham University in 2021; Director of special project Eastern Asia University in 1999-2000; Director : Yonok MBA (Bangkok) Office, 1997-1999; Maitre De Conference invite a Iscid (Institute Superieur Du Commerce International) France; Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs; Faculty of Liberal Arts Rangsit University 1994 -1996; Head, Department of Management; Assistant Dean for Student Affairs; Director, European Studies Centre University Department Commission, Ministry of University Affairs and Total Exploration and Production, Thailand Co.,Ltd. THINDEP Co. Ltd Siam Land Investment CO.,LTD between 1977 – 1991. In January 2023, Dr. Thamanit Varaporn was appointed as Director for Fundraising and International Networking for FIYECAD – Global Centre for Education, AIT, Thailand.

Apostle Mr. Joshua (Themba I.) Dube

Apostle Mr. Joshua (Themba I.) Dube is an audio engineering specialist, Lecturer and trainer with 13 years’ experience - public and private sector, consultant and a church staff trainer. Some of his achievements include working on various works in television, and radio, including the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, at Moses Mabhida Stadium. He is also an IT professional in networking and support specialist for tertiary institutions; with attention on various administrative duties, support, repair and management of all online and offline systems, servers and nodes, with a strong R&D focus for cost effective solutions using open-source applications. Apostle Mr. Joshua (Themba I.) Dube is also the Director of El Gibhor Foundation NGO - specializing in water, food, manufacturing, medical and media matters - such as water and food safety and training, water preservation awareness, household chemical manufacturing, food manufacturing, food processing and various training projects targeting under privileged communities. He is the founder and CEO of Media Training and development online school (Currently under development - The working title is Creative Hive). Currently, he is into different entrepreneurial activities with serial entrepreneur bottled purified alkaline PH10 water as project priority. Minister and Apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ.

MRS. KARNRAWEE SITDHILAW (Madame Bibi)

Mrs. Karnrawee Sitdhilaw is an extraordinary woman with multiple skill in the fields of international business, diplomacy and humanitarian activities. She has been very active in the Afro-Asian region since the year 2000 where she made many achievements. She spearheaded the establishment of the Thailand embassy in Abuja-Nigeria between the year 2000-2008. She also conducted many championed a good number of projects together with the African Richest Man, Mr. Dangote like Shell oil business, Chevron, restaurants and imports of quality goods with Dangote into Nigeria. Mrs. Karnrawee Sitdhilaw formed the Thai community in Nigeria around the year 2000 and she was unanimously nominated as the First President of the Nigerian/Thai Association. As the president of Thai community in Nigeria, single handedly negotiated between the Thai and Nigerian government during the early 2000s by taking proper arrangements for immigration and consolar services between the two countries. Mrs. Karnrawee Sitdhilaw was invited as a guest of honor on July 27th, 2006 for an opening ceremony organized by the then Vice president of Liberia by name Hon. Joseph Boakai where she had the opportunity to interact with 21 other African heads of states as participants. During this occasion, she had the opportunity to meet with President Sherif for a business exchange. Through this connection, Mrs. Karnrawee Sitdhilaw had the opportunity to make contacts with the then Nigerian Minister of Justice and the adviser to the Prime Minister during their visits to Bangkok – Thailand. Mrs. Karnrawee Sitdhilaw assumed the position of FIYECAD Director of Trade and International Commerce in 2020. She has over 45years of international experience especially in import and export of rice and other related goods, as well as property investment. These qualities will promote the FIYEVAD’s vision of humanitarian service and training of the youth of Africa on entrepreneurship to help them avoid being unemployed and or moving to different countries for another employment.

DR.IUR. HANIFA T. MASSAWE

Dr. Hanifa T. Massawe (PhD) is a Senior Lecturer at Mzumbe University, Head of Department Economic Law Dept. and also an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate courts thereto. Dr. Hanifa carried out her LLM Programme in Stellenbosch University and PhD in Law in Technische Universitat Chemnitz, Germany. She specializes in commercial laws adding to significant theoretical and practical legal experience in the area. As part of her academic career, Dr. Hanifa engages in teaching, research and consultancies in commercial laws. She teaches different commercial law subjects including contract law, corporate law, corporate governance, tax law, banking and finance law, securities law, international trade law, international taxation law and competition law to name a few. As part of her academic career, Dr. Hanifa engages in teaching, research and consultancies in commercial laws. She teaches different commercial law subjects including contract law, corporate law, corporate governance, tax law, banking and finance law, securities law, international trade law, international taxation law and competition law to name a few. She has also been engaged in different researches and consultancies at the local government level and some states agencies. These include a study on Willingness to Pay Taxes and Levies at the Mwanza City Council funded by the World Bank, Review of Small and Medium Enterprises Policy of 2003 commissioned by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Analysis of the Financial Sector Ecosystem commissioned by the Financial Sector Deepening Trust (FSDT) to name a few. Dr. Hanifa Massawe has also worked with a number of Local Government councils and state agencies in different consultancy trainings on specific legal aspects and researches. Her specific research interests include corporate governance and compliance, environmental law, natural resources law (mining, oil & gas) and energy law. In her capacity as a lawyer Dr. Hanifa also serves as a member in the Fair Competition Tribunal following Presidential Appointment in 2021. In 2023 she received two appointments by two institutions as member of the Mzumbe Univesity Council and member in the Morogoro Referral Regional Hospital (MRRH) Advisory Committee by the Minister of Education and the Minister of Health. Dr. Hanifa Massawe has published extensively on different of areas in law. Still in 2023, Dr. Hanifa Massawe was appointed the Director of Research and Innovation and International Business Law Expert to the Foundation for international Youth Ethics Charity and Development (FIYECAD) by the international leadership of the organisation.

MR. WUNG COLLINS AKIY

Mr. Wung Collins Akiy is a business man, a teacher and preacher of the gospel with many years of imparting lives variously. He holds a Master Degree in Development Studies from University of South Africa in 2022, focusing on microfinance and poverty reduction in South Africa. He also obtained his Honour’s Degree in Development Studies 2020 and a Bachelor Degree in Development Studies all from the University of South in 2018. Apart from educational achievement is Mr. Wung’s life changing work experience. He worked as a mentor and fundraiser for 2 years at Equleni Center of Hope Eastern Cape South Africa between 2019-2020. He works for 10 years as a biology teacher in the Eastern Cape Department of Education South Africa between 2010 to 2020. He is the founder of Touch Light Association Cameroon in 2008 that works with children and youth development. He also worked for 2 years as a nursery manager at CENDEP Cameroon in 2005 – 2007.

MR. Cyprian Lapah Yota

Lapah Yota Cyprian is a Lecturer and Researcher born in Cameroon and resident in Cape Town (RSA). Cyprian did his undergraduate studies in Cameroon where he obtained a BA Degree in Geography from the University of Yaoundé 1 in 2001 and later moved to the Republic of South Africa where he continued with his studies and obtained a B. Sc Honours Degree in Population Studies and Demography in 2010 and Master’s Degree in the same field in 2011 from the University of the Western Cape (UWC) Cyprian worked as Educator in Nelspruit from 2011 to 2015 where he held positions such as Educator, Head of Department, Deputy Principal and Principal. He has is presently working at as a Lecturer/Researcher at Damelin College in Cape Town. Cyprian joined Foundation for International Youth Ethics and Development (FIYECAD) in 2015 where he has been very active and is currently the General Secretary. He is also a member of Pinyin Development Organisation (PDO)-a philanthropic Organisation based in Cape Town where he has participated in various developmental projects. Mr Lapah is also a member of the Southern African Marketing Research Association (SAMRA) with Headquarters in Johannesburg (South Africa). He has also co-published articles on issues relating to migration and poverty alleviation. Some of his papers Include “The Socio-economic Trajectories of Migrant Street Vendors in urban South Africa” published in the Mediterranean Journal of Social Sciences in 2013.
